Kwame Mensa is a senior technology and digital transformation leader with over 15 years of experience delivering complex IT and telecom programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He has a strong track record of leading multi-million-dollar initiatives, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Currently serving as Senior Technical Project Manager at Seamless Distribution Systems, Kwame has directed software delivery programs exceeding USD 100M, achieving a 95% on-time, on-budget delivery rate while improving productivity, release frequency, and portfolio profitability. He brings deep expertise in cloud migrations (Azure/AWS), mobile and web platforms for MNOs, large-scale system integrations, and Greenfield Mobile Network Deployment.

Earlier in his career, Kwame played a pivotal leadership role in the greenfield deployment of Ghana’s second LTE network at Blu Telecommunications, managing a USD 20M programme from planning through successful launch. He has also held senior delivery roles at IBM and MTN Ghana, leading enterprise application migrations, OSS/BSS transformations, disaster recovery programs, and mission-critical infrastructure initiatives that improved service availability and operational efficiency. Kwame combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities, making him highly effective across delivery, presales, and regional leadership environments. He holds an MBA and BSc in Computer Science from KNUST and maintains multiple global certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, ITIL, and Scrum credentials.
