● Power Purchase Agreements Screening Framework Consultancy funded by the World Bank (2025), conducted by MCI (Turkey) with Sycamore (Malawi) as local counterpart. The assignment focused on screening Power Purchase Agreements and strengthening procurement frameworks while ensuring transparency and value for money. As an energy expert.

● Negotiations for Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with Power producers and Power Supply Agreements for cross boarder supplies which involved the reviews of feasibility studies, demand forecast, financial models and electricity pricing. As team leader for ESCOM.
